“My piece will be a Peach-Pit-Stratification-Station:

A mini fridge, on/attached to it:

cutting board
a peach pit cracking' hammer & letter opener
plastic baggies
paper towels
spray bottle (water)
Sharpie
bull clips
small trash can

The footprint won't be much bigger than 20"x20" though the accouterments attached to it will stick out a lil more. It'll be about 3ft tall, and it will need access to an outlet but doesn't haft be near a wall. (I'll provide a short extension cord with duct tape as well)

I'll have written instructions below for how people can take a peach pit, crack it open to access the seed, then wrap it in a lil' paper towel, spritz it with water and place in a ziplock baggie. The participants can write their name, date, and contact information on the baggie and then hang the seed up inside the mini-fridge. After two months of being chilled I will plant the seeds and if any of them sprout and grow I'll contact the person who packed them for the stratification process.”
