“I am working on making a small planter out of a dried-out watermelon that I can then grow the watermelon radishes that I texted you about. So, my piece would need to sit on a pedestal. I dunno if the gallery has one, if not I believe there is one at our studio that I could drag over there if need be. These radishes take up to 60 days to grow for harvesting, so I dunno if they'll be ready to harvest for the opening, but there will definitely be some ready for the closing reception/potluck. I might even try two different planters’ worth at two different stages to get some variety out of it. One issue is that the planters would need to be watered every few days…”
